Five clearly defined steps, each one transparent and client-approved before the next begins.
Our process begins with a free consultation — in person or virtual. We assess your site, understand your vision, and provide an honest feasibility study including soil analysis, structural requirements, and preliminary budget guidance.
Our design team creates a fully rendered 3D model of your pool — including surrounds, lighting and landscaping integration. You see exactly what you're getting before any work begins. Changes are unlimited until you're completely satisfied.
Our structural engineers prepare the full technical drawings, reinforcement schedules and waterproofing specifications. We handle all local authority permit applications on your behalf.
Our on-site team of specialists executes the construction under continuous supervision. Daily progress reports are shared with clients. Milestone inspections are conducted at each phase — excavation, reinforcement, gunite/concrete, waterproofing, tiling, and equipment installation.
Your pool is filled, balanced and commissioned. Our technician walks you through complete operation and maintenance. We then hand over India's only 10-year structural warranty certificate — your lifetime assurance of quality.
A standard residential pool takes 6–12 weeks from design approval to handover. Larger competition pools or complex infinity pools may take 12–20 weeks. We provide a fixed timeline in writing before work begins.
The 10-year structural warranty covers the shell structure (concrete/gunite), waterproofing membrane, and all structural work. It does not cover normal wear and tear on consumable items like pump seals or tiles. All terms are in writing.
Pool costs depend on size, type and finish. A standard residential pool starts from approximately ₹15–20 lakhs. An infinity or overflow pool starts from ₹25 lakhs. Competition pools start from ₹60 lakhs. We provide a detailed itemised quote after site assessment.

Yes — we manage the full local authority permit process on your behalf as part of our end-to-end service. This is included in our project fee.
Swimming pools require weekly water chemistry testing and monthly filter backwashing. We provide a 1-year free maintenance service after handover, and our trained technicians are available for ongoing service contracts.
